The Great Imperium is a Penthouse at top floor of the church of "Chiesa Valdese", in Via IV Novembre. The apartment is 260 smq, with a triple living, a spacious kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has a great view: "Altare della Patria" or a full view of Rome, from Gianicolo to Pincio to Sant Peter Chapel. The view, together with the amazing location,is probably the plus of this huge apartment, previously owned by Netherland Embassy for its guests.

Each room has an own identity. "Stucco veneziano" and boiserie on the walls, precious parquet on the floor, marble, velvet, paint: all give to the apartment an elegant charme, in armony with the beauty of the "Imperium" that you can admire by all its windows.

Each room has its own AC units. The living features a 65' LED screen with satellitar channels and pay per view channel (ex: Netflix).

What's going on nearby…

You can't be much central. Maybe in a different "Rione" (the roman ancient district), but not much central then here. You are just next Piazza Venezia, with its monumental "Altare della Patria", that you can see by home. Via del Corso and all the rest of the shopping area begin just here. Quirinale (The President House) is 300 metres far and you can see its flags by the living. Fori Imperiali, with the most important roman ruins, is behind the block, 200 meter by the building.

Colosseum is at 1 km.
