We provide only fully furnished, high-end, affordable homes ranging from one bedroom on. You can rely on us to find you a perfect place to call home during your stay in. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable living experience.
Each apartment is provided by Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bed linen, other then towels. Other amenities are available also depending on the apartment selected.

Lea Ginevra Ricci, founder & CEO
Born in La Spezia, Lea Ginevra Ricci moved to Milan for attending Bocconi University.
During her studies is been selected by Bocconi University for a stage at the Italy American Chamber of Commerce Southest, in Miami, FL.
She got the degree in Economics at Bocconi University, with a specialization in Marketing & Communication.
In 2002 she organized a fundraiser for Emergency. The Italian Minister of Defence support made possible for her being on field, moving to Kabul, Afghanistan.
In 2007 she has obtained the honor of "European Personality 2007", in Rome "Campidoglio".
She began real estate business in 2007.
On 2012 she founded Downtown srl, managing its properties in Rome, La Spezia and Milan.
Her main passions are animals and boating. She is vegetarian since 2012 for ethical reason.
She actually lives in Rome.
