Popolo Penthouse is a special place, one of those that make people say "wow!" just once walked in.

It's an attic at top floor of an elegant deco building on the Tiber river east side. That is the "lucky" side, because the one that get sun from the sunrise to the sunset.

​

The heart of the apartment is the triple scenographic living with 3 huge panoramic windows upon the river. On the skyline you'll recognized the St. Peter Chapel

The spacious terrace with dining area is reachable by the living so as by the kitchen, that is separated and completely equipped.

​

Then it features a master double bedroom, a smaller triple bedroom (with a single in loft conversion) and 2 bathrooms.

​

Important pieces of arts enrich the location, as well as some iconic design furnitures mixed with deco ones. 

​

Each bedrooms has its own AC, so as the living has a powerful unit. We gave attention to entertainment too: you'll enjoy the Apple TV and the bluetooth soundbar

​

Sometimes required as commercial sets, we are sure it will be the perfect one for your holidays and wonderful picture.

We've already told you that the yours is an elegant and quiet building, and we can definitely say that is not an exception on the district, that is a classic upper class area in  Rome.

 

Flaminio is a real favourite for art lovers, where you’ll find the National Gallery of Modern Art, Rome's world famous Galleria Borghese and the Etruscan museum.

And when you want to see some natural art, head to one of the city’s pretty parks and relax with a picnic. The Villa Ada, Villa Glori and the famous Villa Borghese are ideal spots.

Glam up in the evening and go for dinner at one of the many restaurants followed by drinks at the Art Café nightclub.

Just behind the corner you'll find all shops you need, a great 24h supermarket included, specialized in bio and high quality product. Behind the block, in Via Flaminia, your children will enjoy a small park with games area.
