Hyperloft & Garden is a great loft, with independent entrance by the street, in a very quiet area of Trastevere, at walking distance by its movida, but far enough to be not disturbed by it.

​

It has a spacious living, provided by a double sofa bed), open upon a fresh patio with dining area.

By the living you can access to a room in loft conversion with double bed and  single bed and to the big main bedroom, with 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed. A big bathroom with bath and shower is in-suite the main bedroom, while a second bathroom is next the living. The apartment is very fresh in summer.

Curiosity:  The huge golden frame into the living is a relic by the set of "Pinocchio" movie, directed by Roberto Benigni, winner of Academy Awards in 1997; looking at the movie you will recognize this funny item

Trastevere is the 13th rione of Rome. Its name comes from the Latin trans Tiberim, meaning literally "beyond the Tiber". 

Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by ancient houses.

​

At night, natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants, but much of the original character of Trastevere remains. The area is also home to several foreign academic institutions including The American University of Rome and John Cabot University (both of which are private American universities), the American Academy in Rome, the Rome campus of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, the Canadian University of Waterloo School of Architecture (between the months of September and December), and the American Pratt Institute School of Architecture therefore serving as home to an international student body.

The unique character of this neighborhood has attracted artists, foreign expats, and many famous people. 

A quiet ancient village during day time, it became the "place to be" from sunset time on.

Just crossing the river you get the rest of the center: Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon are at 10 minutes walking.
