It has a full equipped kitchen with balcony, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bigger bedroom, next to the kitchen, has 2 sofa and a 65' smart TV, featured to be used as a living also.

All bedrooms windows are upon the green of Villa Borghese. one of them has a balcony.

Despite the central location, this place is extremely quiet, due to good soundproof windows and absence of bar and clubs on the street.

he neighborhood, called "Flaminio", is a quiet upper class district, popular to be out the touristic chaotic areas, but so close to them: Piazza del Popolo is 10 minutes walking, reachable with 3 tram stops also. The stop is just next the building. When in Piazza del Popolo, you will be so close to Spagna steps , Via del Corso, then Trevi Fountain.

Closer metro station is Flaminio, in Piazzale Flaminio. Vatican is reachable by bus, whose stop is very close.
