We are so proud of our new apartment  Cinque Terre Mood and we have a lot of reasons to be: we love its style, it's spacious, so quiet and cozy that everybody feel at home here. 

The fact it's fresh on summer, the presence of lift, the fully equipped kitchen add comfort to the beauty.

It features a spacious living with sofa bed and dining area, a master bedroom with king size bed and a huge wardrobe, a smaller double bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a complete bathroom with shower.

​

The parquet floor so as the ceiling with wooden beams warm the atmosphere, anyway modern, with a touch of contemporary art and design.

​

Due to its windows, all upon internal courtyards, one great plus of this apartment is that it's extremely quiet.

​

You are in the ancient area of the city, the one that was extended from the sea front to actual  Piazza Sant'Agostino.​

Your building itself is not so old, but founded the last century.

Your street is very quiet but turn the corner and the soft movida of La Spezia will start:  a great selections of restaurants, cafè and lounge bar. 

 

Via del Prione, the main commercial street of the city, is just the next street.

The city park is one block far; crossing the park you'll get the promenade, with its boat station, ideal link for your trip to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Portofino and Palmaria island.

If you prefer reach them by train, don't worry: La Spezia centrale train station is at 12 minutes walking

Arrivals and departures outside this standard time are always tried to be accommodated on request.

Refundable damage deposit upon arrival: € 100.00 cash. The damage deposit will be returned at check-out.

35e later midnight (+10 each hour more)
