Cinque Terre New Liberty is a renewed apartment located at 1st floor, with lift, of an elegante building of late XIX century, in Liberty style. It's just next Piazza Garibaldi, at the beginning of the shopping and pedestrians area, so close to La Spezia Centrale train station.

It features a spacious living with kitchen and two sofa beds, 4 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms. The bigger bedroom has a double sofa bed too.

 

Its location, its space, together with the pleasant interior design, make Cinque Terre New Liberty one of our most popular location in la Spezia.

Design addicted will appreciate the Tom Dixon ceiling lamps, so as Charles Eames chairs, the great paints and other eclectic touches.

Being at 100 meters by La Spezia train station, staying here you'll reach Cinque Terre very easily.

You can reach the apartment by car too, as it's not into a pedestrians area. You will find easy to park your cars at the train station undergound station.

The city shopping area began just at the corner, so you will enjoy La Spezia too, not only Cinque Terre.

You'll find any kind of shops and restaurant around, so...forget your car and relax!

Refundable damage deposit upon arrival: € 200 cash. The damage deposit will be returned at check-out.
