Cinque Terre Decor is one of our best in La Spezia: central, new, spacious, bright...it's very difficult not loving it!

It occupies the entire 1st floor of a building perfectly decorated in as local traditions wanted for noble houses.

​

It features a spacious living with 2 windows, a second living with kitchen and sofa bed, 2 opposite and separated night zones, each one with one bedroom and one bathrooms. If you are a big group we are sure you will enjoy the 2 bathrooms, not so common to find in La Spezia holidays apartments.

​

All its 5 windows are upon Via del Prione, the main shopping street of the city.

​

If it will be rainy probably you will enjoy the Smart  Led TV, selecting movies and contents on your language, or watching on that your personal movies and pics.

​

Don't forget your music to launch that to the bluetooth soundbar!

What's going on nearby…

 

Staying here, you can't be much central in La Spezia: you are in Via del Prione, the main shopping street of the city.

​

Here's, and in the streets around,  you find a great selections of restaurants, cafè and lounge bar. The soft movida of the city it's just at few blocks: difficult resisting on getting some mojito or caipiroska with locals or other tourists

​

Not only bar, but all kind of shops are nearby, supermarket included.

 

Walking to north you'll get the train station in 7 minutes, while to south you'll be on the seafront in 4 minutes
